Mary Mitchell Family and Youth Center, Bronx

Near and dear to our hearts (and Karen’s former home in the Bronx!), the awesome folks at Mary Mitchell do a variety of important work in the community. We are proud to partner with them as they provide healthy food through their free food distribution and school food programs. They also make it up to the farm for youth educational programming.

Guild of St. Margaret, Middletown

Not far from the farm, in Orange County, NY, the Guild of St. Margaret folks provide a year round soup kitchen as well as a grocery store style food pantry. We provide plant seedlings to clients in the spring to support them in growing their own food if they have space, and deliver weekly produce to them for as long as our season allows.

GreenThumb, New York

Our roots are in New York City community gardens and it is our great honor to grow seedlings for as many urban growers as we can. Working with GreenThumb, we’re able to supply plants for 300 gardens in the city, helping to increase the amount of food folks can grow in their own neighborhoods and increasing food sovereignty for those families and communities.

Our Core, Newburgh

Working with Christine Hutchinson and the youth from Newburgh is nothing short of joyful. We are grateful that we connected as a farm through food access work and that we continue to partner with Our Core through Equity in Conservation youth programming.

Corbin Hill Food Project, New York

We’re excited to work with Corbin Hill Food Project to bring farm-fresh produce direct to New York City through the Farm Stand at Central Park in Harlem, connecting BIPOC farms and farmers with the community.

The Campaign Against Hunger, Brooklyn

For over two decades, The Campaign Against Hunger has been fighting hunger with a community approach. A holistic program which includes youth empowerment, nutrition education and urban farming, TCAH is working to connect BIPOC farms and farmers with food insecure communities.

New York Restoration Project

Stewarding over 52 gardens and parks in NYC, our work with NYRP allows us to get more plants into the hands and gardens of urban growers. We are excited to provide NYRP growers with plants in both the spring and fall.

Glynwood, Cold Spring

As administrators of the Food Sovereignty Fund, Glynwood connects QT + BIPOC farms and farmers with communities who have less access to nutritious, culturally appropriate, fresh produce. Through the Food Sovereignty Fund, we amplify the work we do with both the Mary Mitchell Center and Guild of St. Margaret. We’ve been long term partners with Glynwood in a variety of ways and are grateful to have their continued support to our food access and education programming.

Good Work Institute, Kingston

As our fiscal sponsor, the Good Work Institute helps us continue to do the good work that we seek to do in our communities - both food access work and education. They support us by managing financial contributions to our work, and also through programming that helps us grow into a healthier, more effective organization.
